Barefoot Beach house by the shores of Bethany Beach is a custom built beach house in mint condition ideally located within an easy 3 1/2 blocks and less than 7 minutes stroll to Beach, Boardwalk and Bethany Town Center. The beach house provides our guests a comfortable and spacious 2400 sq ft home, with a two story great room, entertaining living room, family dining area, gourmet kitchen including a breakfast counter and comfortable dining table, with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full and 1/2 baths, including a captivating front porch, screened in porch, large rear deck to relax and fresh ocean breezes.

Accommodations include on first level  2 spacious bedrooms each with queen size beds and 1 full Bath and 1/2 bath powder room; upper level Master bedroom suite with King bed and private full shower bath, and a 4th bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds and private large full bath and including shower plus whirlpool soaking tub.

Enjoy the gas BBQ and outdoor casual dining on the rear deck; screened in porch to relax with the ocean breeze and a good book. Outdoor shower to refresh after a day on the beach and sand.

For your leisure activities everything is within a short stroll to the Town of Bethany, shops, restaurants and pubs, ice cream, live entertainment by the Boardwalk stage, evening movies on the beach and more. Something for the entire family to enjoy a great and memorable holiday by the beach.

The Town of Bethany central park is located across the street for recreation. In addition, the Bethany Trolley stops on the corner nearby the house to shuttle you anywhere around the Town of Bethany area, to the beach, food, beverage, and shops.

As a bonus take note that a 1st class linen service is OPTIONAL for all beds throughout the house provided from "SHEETS-AT-THE-BEACH" for a fee. The bedding sheets and pillow cases will be freshly laundered, inspected and clean for your convenience waiting for you at the house upon arrival. All you do is put the fresh sheets on and remove them from the beds before leaving for pickup. No more bringing all that stuff on your vacation!
